With over 15 years of dedicated training, my journey in health and fitness has been a cornerstone of my life. I've immersed myself in various disciplines, from strength and conditioning and the endurance challenges of triathlon training. My approach is holistic, mixing physical well-being with mental clarity to create a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
This journey isn't just about building physical strength; it's about pushing my limits, both mentally and physically. Whether it's perfecting the precision and power in boxing or mastering the balance and control required for handstands, each challenge propels me forward. One of my ultimate goals is to conquer the Ironman, a testament to my commitment to endurance and resilience.
Fitness, for me, is not just a routine—it's a way of life that nurtures the mind, body, and soul, driving me toward becoming the best version of myself and unlocking a life filled with purpose and joy.
Cybersecurity
Studied how to identify common cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, as well as the techniques to mitigate them. Gained hands-on experience with Python, Linux, and SQL. Learned how to protect networks, devices, people, and data from unauthorized access and cyber attacks using Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tools, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and network protocol analyzers (packet sniffing).
Currently completing the rooms and capture the flags on TryHackMe.
